  1. Order was not complete as advertised I ordered and received the product and it was advertised that it came with a glass cover. When I received the order the glass cover was not included. I bring this to your attention as maybe it was not supposed to be included with the cooker.I have not tried it yet but will give my comments upon a couple of delicious meals that I will prepare. I look forward to your explanation about the missing cover.

A versatile appliance I use most every day I ordered the 4-quart version before the 8-quart version, which I really wanted, became available, so I thought I would do a compare and contrast review. In a nutshell, literally the only difference is the size. Both versions have the exact same functionality, and heat up in pretty much the same time. See the attached pictures. The 4-quart fits three large potatoes whereas the 8-quart fits 8 potatoes. Its increased diameter allows to fit more potatoes per layer. I’m taking the 4-quart to work…
