If you fry in big batches, this T-fal will make your life SO MUCH EASIER. I love this thing! It has a nice capacity and heats up quickly. I made a bunch of Thai eggrolls by loading the basket with maybe 10-12 at a time, depending on size. I think this deep fryer is the best thing I’ve ever purchased on Amazon.
