  1. poor design: rusts, leaks, no flow limiting orifice this POS is manufactured in India and rusted at the poor quality weld points. Rusting got progressively worse, and it started leaking after 8 months. Also, it doesn’t have a flow limiting orifice, so water flows out to base too fast => have to refill more frequently. Someone should make a high quality, dishwasher safe product with ceramic base with flow limiting orifice, and a glass reservoir.

Great for watering your floor I purchased two of these – both of them do the same thing, you fill up the gallon water bottle put it back on the base and the water fills up the water dish and then still continues to dispense the water until you have the gallon dispenser empty and water all over your floor. I have had the plastic feeders which worked great but wanted to replace them with metal ones because those are more sanitary when it comes to bacteria, but I’m going back to the other feeders for the time being because I…

The water filled up the water dish and then still continued to dispense the water until I had the gallon dispenser empty and water all over my floor. I would like my pets to have water and not my hardwood floors.
