Nice Alternative To Outdoor Grilling When It Gets Cold Realistically, this will not be used when the weather is nice. I have a Weber gas grill I usually use from March through October and I pretty much just dust the convection oven during those months. However, this appears to be not only a convenient alternative in the off months but a clean one as well due to a slightly higher wall and easy cleaning options.
Love it!! I love it! It takes a little while to heat up but it works excellent. My food comes out great and I find myself grilling every day. IT is much better than grilling outside and everything comes out cooked evenly and perfect.
