  1. Faulty thermal fuse becomes a major known issue Good product while it works.This, and most Breville ovens, have faulty thermal fuses which are quite difficult to replace. After my oven stopped working, I googled the issue and I found out many users are experiencing the same problem. Breville should be aware of this issue and fix the units that fail, even after warranty expires – I purchased my unit 18 months ago and warranty covers one year – and use a better quality thermal fuse in new units. I first bought this oven several years ago, this is my second time buying it but the first time buying this ‘special’ model which adds the interior light and the longer warmer times – both of which are excellent additions and things I’d wished it had the first time around.   3. I LOVE it!!!! The first thing I used this oven for was to bake two Cornish Game hens over a bed of cubed sweet potatoes. It did an excellent job! I’ve baked pork loins, bread, cakes, scalloped potatoes and roasted wieners in it. The aluminum roasting pans fit it perfectly. It does make toast as well but it doesn’t brown home made bread as well as store bought. That’s ok though as I just use the broiler to toast the homemade bread.
