I am a very satisfied Amazon customer I am a very satisfied Amazon customer. Amazon.com is the first place I look for everything. This product was totally unsatisfactory. After a half dozen uses, the cover broke making the product non-functional. I would not recommend this item to anyone.

Garbage! I tried to use this (once) to chop pitted medjool dates. I only put 1 cup in, but the motor quit after no more than 10 seconds. It may work if all you want to do with it is make salsa, but apparently anything with more resistance than a tomato skin is too much for this pitiful plastic processor.
