The warranty is only good for 60 days This fryer performed very well while it was working. I received it as a Christmas gift and used it up until Monday of this week, when it suddenly shut off. The warranty is only good for 60 days, so knowing I would probably not get any help from their customer service, which I sadly found to be true, I looked up the problem in the manual. Under “Troubleshooting” in the manual it said the fryer probably overheated, to unplug it and let it cool off a while. I did exactly as it said and…
Two Stars It was great untill it stopped working. It went completely dark no power
I did start using a Pyrex dish however (things tend to stick to the racks and the dish don’t seem to effect any of the cooking times) But for the onion rings and fries the rotisserie basket works great.
