Not Amazon’s Fault, But NOT 5 Quart. I received this slow cooker today, and I am sending it back. It is nice looking for sure, and probably works great, but it is NOT a 5 quart slow cooker. The second I took it out of the box I knew it looked small compared to the ACTUAL 5 quart cooker I’m replacing, so I got my measuring cup out and filled the new one with water, and sure enough, it’s ONLY 4 quarts. Usable, but very cheaply made OK,The indicator light has never worked, but the unit works. It’s very cheaply made. The outside case wobbles and shifts when you go to wipe it down.The unit works as intended, but is very cheaply made, not nearly the quality of my last Hamilton Beach slow cooker.Overall it does the job however, the next time I need a slow cooker I will opt for a brand that isn’t made so cheaply.
