  1. My Best Friend This thing…..it’s my best friend. Hands down, no joke, I’m in love. I don’t use it everyday, and sometimes not for a week or so, but when I need it, it’s there. And it never fails, as soon as I use it for something I’m looking around the kitchen to see what else I can slice/chop/shred, because it’s fun to use and mind-glowingly simple. I’m upset with myself for waiting so long to buy this. It is the most expensive thing I’ve ever bought for my kitchen (appliances not included), and I would…

  2. Equivalent to industrial equipment! I’ve been working in professional kitchens for many years. Typically, when it comes to food preparation, the right tool can reduce an hour-long task into a minutes-long one. Here’s a good example: I was preparing 4 pounds of jalapenos for pickling (about 50 peppers). 3. I don’t know how I ever got anything done with my old one. I just upgraded to this from a cheap (if you call $80 cheap) B&D model. I watched a lot of video reviews on this and they were right on the mark. This unit is top notch. It does everything it’s designed to do beautifully. It’s so quiet, you can use it while the whole house is asleep without waking a soul. You can whip up dough for two pizzas or a double crust pie without even the tiniest whiff of flour escaping.
