Almost perfect for an small office I was really happy to find a router with these features. While overall I am quite happy with this device for my small office, there are some features that are just missing or not quite up to task.
Does the basics well, but rough around the edges I bought this for regular home use. My old wireless router was starting to intermittently fail as more and more wireless devices got added to the home network, necessitating reboots, and I thought a more serious router would perform better than the cheap commodity home routers.
Not for small business but exceeds the average home router This product has all the features that is expected out of a home router and more. The router includes the VPN server feature that allows external connections to originate securely into the private network. The VPN feature also allows the router to connect to another VPN server as well. It allows multiple VLANs to separate the networks and the option to broadcast separate SSIDs to certain VLANs.
