problems with first one but replacement is working great We are on our second machine. Our first one the plug for the kettle broke which shorted out the power button. Amazon replaced the item no problem. So far the new one is working great.

But on mine, the right side lifts up first, then it causes the stirring shaft to bind up inside that plate. Best Popcorn Popper As an owner of a previous kettle popper, I must say that this item is so much superior than the cheaply made and plastic poppers out there. It is built like a tank and produces the best popcorn I’ve tasted. I did have a minor problem with a scratched front door, but Paragon has the BEST customer service. After a five minute call, their representative informed me that they will be sending a new door and no need to return the damaged one. Now that is service! The unit is also covered for life if…
