Amazon was great and gave me a refund for returning it I was so excited to have found a small mixer for the occasional times I need one, having sold my overkill KitchenAid mixer (excellent but rarely used). If you just need something for an interim until you can afford something of a higher quality, this is perfect. But it won’t even last a full year, so don’t plan on it being your only purchase in a hand mixer
