Fit my GE over the range microswave oven + install tips The lamp went in to my GE microwave when I replaced the lamp holder too. The bulb over heated and it melted the socket and cracked the glass cover. Replacement was pretty easy, just screw out the old one and screw in the new bulb, just remember to turn off the electricity before you remove the lamp or the socket and wear a glove incase the glass breaks.

T8 Bulbs will fit a T7 thread for my Microwave/Stove Lights. My microwave bulbs went out that light up the stove. I took them out and searched all over for the style or size. All they said was 40Watts. I looked at walmart, lowes, home depot and determined they were T7 bulbs. The next problem was none of these stores had anything higher than 25watts.
