Probably not the best but gets the job done It makes pretty darn good crispy quesadilla’s.Pro-Tip: Make sure it’s completely level before closing the lid to melt the cheese, the cheese seeks it’s way to the lowest edge and oozes out, causing a burnt cheesy mess where the cheese contacts the plate.Also, use cooking spray or a light coating of oil to help crisp the tortilla and also helps as a release agent for anything on the hot plate.
Faster than my microwave! Wow does this heat up fast! I found the best way to use it was to wipe oil on it with a paper towel and then lay my tortillas with cheese in the middle while it’s cold. I close the lid and then turn it on. By the time the green ‘ready’ light turns on , the quesadilla is ready!Crunchy on the outside, HOT and gooey on the inside! Great for a dorm room and easy to keep clean with the non stick coating,
For the price, it’s decent. It works… but you get what you get for the price of it…. It seals around the outside of the quesadilla but I have to use a pizza cutter to get the actual triangle slits. Heats up quick… is easy to clean… works for what I got it for. I recommend it just because of how easy it is to use and clean for the price paid.
