Awesome I had to move my refrigerator myself and I was afraid of hurting my shoulder, so I thought I would try an appliance mat and hope it would give me the help I need.Wellâ¦I just did it, thanks in large part to the Scuff Shield I just bought. Makes it easy! A few years ago, we had an appliance repairman visit to work on our range. He used one of these and it’s much easier than using a piece of cardboard or other means.I had just gotten a new dishwasher and I knew this would come in very handy with the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new one. It’s perfect! You can pull the appliance around the room once it’s on the scuff shield. It’s definitely a time and energy saver to be used when working on any major appliances!
Should you buy it…NOPE! If you have 30 inch fridge life is good for you and your Slide – O – Matic but if you have a normal size fridge forget it. Stove’s are 30″ wide, that would work. As far as smooth edges, it implies that the wheels will roll up onto it easily… NOPE! I turned it sideways hoping I could still use it the wrong way without access to the handles….NOPE!”Use what the professionals use” What a joke!Funny how they show it being used with a refrigerator. Sleeeeeeeezy seller!
