Cleverly designed and worked well The family was pretty excited about this item when I showed them just the box last week. We used it for the first time at dinner last night. We celebrated Reunion Dinner (i.e. the meal enjoyed by Chinese all over the world on the eve of the Lunar New Year) with this skillet.
