Easy to use, cooks evenly Works just fine for burgers, nice even temperature, no hot spots…we have also been using it for mini-quesadillas, using small soft taco shells, and as long as you keep the cheese towards the middle, it works great. The only thing that keeps me from giving this five stars is that it’s pretty easy for grease to run into the narrow spaces alongside the metal plates, and we end up cleaning it with toothpicks, which is a bit time-consuming.
