  1. A GENIUS OF AN EGG COOKER I bought this little genius of an egg cooker because I love hard boiled eggs and was tired of having to watch the water boil out on my forgotten eggs on the stove. I did not know whether this little egg cooker would work or not but I figured why not try it? Well, was I surprised at how great it works? If I could I would give it a ten.   2. Takes longer than the instructions I went through about a dozen eggs until I got it dialed in on how long to cook them. The directions say 12 minutes then immediately run them under cold water. They are undercooked if you do it that way. I do 15 minutes, then let them sit on the counter for two minutes to cool, then I run them under cold water. They come out perfect after that. My only complaint is at least one egg, when cooking squeezes out of the whole you making the egg. You lose a little bit of egg white on at least one…
