  1. Do NOT buy this blender. I bought this blender mostly to make Bulletproof coffee, but also smoothies. While it did an adequate job, it was not easy to work with and was very poorly made. When using to mix thin liquid, if you did not use the low setting and pulse it, you could barely keep the top on the carafe. The first one I had developed a crack in the base of the carafe after 3 months. The second, after 4. This blender is a total waste of money.

  2. excellent product at a very good price. reconditioned with a 90 day warranty, so get the extended 3yr warranty – cheap. excellent product at a very good price. reconditioned with a 90 day warranty, so get the extended 3yr warranty – cheap. works well, brushed metallic base, better motor than my last cuisinart that cost almost twice as much.

  3. I hate it. I use this blender to make smoothies. Fruit is never blended thoroughly, leaving chunks in my “smoothie”. If I turn it to the highest setting, my ears ring from the noise. The glass container is sturdy, but also heavy and awkward to remove from the base. I have to twist the glass container to get it off the base, hoping it doesn’t slide out of my hands. If I could return it, I certainly would!! I hate this blender.
