Not Sure What Their Niche Is I thought these would come in handy for handing up small items in a utility room. They didn’t work out too well.
Sturdy and Inconspicuous These tacks appear sturdy. They are about as inconspicuous as a metal hook can be, because the round backing that helps steady the hook is clear plastic. The shafts on these hooks are 1/2″ long. For comparison, my other pushpins have shafts that are 3/8″ long. I used the hooks in a corkboard and they went just about all the way through, leaving a small bump on the wrong side of the board. Not nearly as sturdy as I hoped and after a couple times of … Not nearly as sturdy as I hoped and after a couple times of hanging keys (or whatever) and taking them back off, the pin starts to spin around in the wall. I’d probably use them again but I wouldn’t expect much.
