AirMega 300 replaces an IQ Air Health Pro I had the IQ air for several years and it is a great unit, a workhorse. However, the filters so very difficult to change. WORKS WELL IN A LARGE ROOM I have been using this filter for a month and it works well. On the lowest setting the fan noise is tolerable. As the fan speed increases the noise is a bit too loud for an office setting. The filters seems to work very well.
