You may *think* this is a dress, but it's actually a two-piecer. The red and black colorblock top is Ann Taylor . It has weird little fake pockets in the front. The skirt is Isaac Mizrahi for Target , which tells you how old it is, and the black "shooties" - boot/shoe/booties -- are also from Target.
