ROCKFORD, Mich. (WZZM) - Wolverine Worldwide and two investment firms are acquiring Collective Brands for $2 billion. Wolverine will acquire Collective Brands' Performance + Lifestyle Group, which includes Stride Ride, Saucony, Sperry Top-Sider, and Keds brands of shoes.
