IceFest celebrates 10th year in Chambersburg

There may not be any snow on the ground yet, but the very cool temperatures are just right for the area’s coolest annual winter event. The 10th anniversary IceFest will run Thursday, Jan. 26, to Sunday, Jan. 29, in downtown Chambersburg.
